Mobile Notary

Travel fees start out at $50.00 plus $1.50 per mile over a 10-mile radius from the mobile notary. Rates vary depending on the time of day and distance traveled. Travel fees will be discussed prior to departure for your requested service. Travel fee due before travel.
Remote Online Notary
Have notary done wherever you are!
$30 for first notary seal
$10 for each on-demand witness
$5 for each additional signer
*Computer with video & audio and internet are required.
Loan Signing Services
Making the home buying experience as smooth as possible!
$175.00 for loan closing (buyer/seller) for a 10-mile radius from the NSA, includes printing closing documents up to 100 pages and FedEx drop off (with pre-paid shipping label). Extra pages at $0.50/page. Evening and weekend closings are subject to additional fees.
